Trailer Watch: The latest trailer for Rian Johnson’s Star Wars: The Last Jedi debuted during the halftime show on ESPN’s Monday Night Football. The trailer is featured below.
This trailer, featuring familiar friends and enemies on opposite sides of the Force, is the third and last trailer in the final marketing push of the new film. The film, set to debut on December 15th stars Mark Hamill, Carrie Fisher, Adam Driver, Daisy Ridley, John Boyega, Oscar Isaac, Lupita Nyong’o, Andy Serkis, Domhnall Gleeson and Anthony Daniels all return from 2015’s Star Wars: The Force Awakens. Laura Dern and Benicio Del Toro join the cast for this latest adventure. The latest theatrical one – sheet can be seen below.
The film’s director, Rian Johnson made a splash earlier today when he took to Twitter, announcing that he was “legitimately torn” as to whether fans should watch the trailer tonight because it is full of spoilers. “If you want to come in clean, absolutely avoid it. But it’s gooooood…..”
