Hot on the heel’s of Code Vein’s demo being available, Bandai Namco have revealed a new monstrous boss for players to destroy: the Insatiable Despot. The new boss utilizes a number of different melee attacks and weapons, and seems largely different from the two previous bosses shown off. The new trailer for the Insatiable Despot can be seen below!

Focusing mostly on close melee attacks means players will have to get up close and personal with the insatiable despot when Code Vein launches on September 27th. Luckily, there will be AI controller characters to help players, or play the online multiplayer co-op to take him down. The two previous bosses, the Butterfly of Delerium and Ribcage Successor were bosses that utilized both ranged and melee attacks, so it seems like we’ll see some nice variation.
