After a successful first weekend in beta, Activision and Treyarch have launched the follow up beta to the previously PS4 only Black Ops 4 beta.
The beta is now live on Playstation 4, Xbox One, and PC. Anyone interested in the PC beta should definitely check out the system requirements before committing. Along with the second weekend are a host of new updates in terms of stability and balance. There is a full list of all changes over on the Black Ops 4 Reddit. We had a really good time with the first week of beta, but did have some issues with balancing with some weapons and specialists. It looks like Treyarch is taking balancing very seriously, because the list posted in the patch notes is pretty large. We’ll have full beta impressions here at Electric Bento as soon as the second weekend concludes and we’ve had some time to get our hands on the updates and the new game mode, Heist. We’re looking forward to next months Blackout beta, but more on that later!
Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 launches October 12th for Playstation 4, Xbox One, and on PC through Battle.net. Preorders are available here.
