Anthem is one of the most anticipated games of 2019. This is the newest title since Bioware released Mass Effect: Andromeda a few years ago to mixed reception.
Initially revealed last year, the upcoming open world title can be played with up to three other plays co-operatively. The new trailer gives a little bit of backstory to the world of Anthem and the Javelins. Additionally, the antagonist of Anthem and enemies players will be fighting get a little screen time as well. Anthem launches February 22nd alongside a handful of other games, but is looking to absolutely worthy of people’s time when it releases.
Despite being billed as a third-person-looter, Bioware is very clear that story and cooperation will be the main focus. Additionally, there will be a VIP demo for those who preorder Anthem, along with anyone who subscribes to EA Access or Origin Access on January 25th, a month ahead of launch. An open demo will be available beginning February 1st. Those who participate in the demo will also receive an exclusive in game item celebrating their participation. The VIP demo and the regular demo will both be available for Playstation 4, Xbox One, and PC.
