Earlier today, Activision announced that Spyro Reignited Trilogy would be heading to two new platforms. Much like the Crash N-Sane Trilogy, Spyro launched first for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, and later headed to Switch and PC. It was a smart move though, bringing Crash to as many platforms as possible, because it was an incredibly faithful remake that brought the best of the franchise into one package.

Spyro Reignited Trilogy is no different. Featuring Spyro The Dragon, Spyro 2: Ripto’s Rage, and Spyro: Year of the Dragon, the remake should feel right at home on Nintendo Switch, with shorter levels that are perfectly played in short bursts on the go. Despite the hardware limitations for the Switch, Crash ran really well, even if it didn’t look as pretty in portable mode as its console big brothers.
